In un'epoca in cui flettere gli stili originali era obbligatorio per ottenere rispetto, pochi gruppi Hip Hop erano più rispettati di Organized Konfusion. Il duo con sede nel Queens di Pharoahe Monch e Prince Po ha brillato di più nel loro secondo LP del 1994 "Stress: The Extinction Agenda", che sta ricevendo una ristampa per celebrare il suo 30° anniversario.
